High-Speed Polarization Analysis in Recirculating Loops
A Stokes polarimeter like the A1000 allows to view the polarization changes in the loop comparable to a sampling oscilloscope. The Stokes parameters can be displayed either on the Poincaré sphere or in a diagram. The degree of polarization (DOP) can be measured at the same speed and gives information about the OSNR over time.
