The A3300 is capable of manipulating the polarization state (SOP) as well as stabilizing the SOP to any arbitrary state.
Stabilizing is achieved using the readout of an in-line polarimeter in a feedback loop (see figure). This allows to deterministically move the output SOP to any desired state. It is thus possible to let the SOP move on predefined trajectories.

- Deterministic control of polarization.
- Reset-free polarization stabilization.
- High-speed scrambling.
