The A2000 is a compact high-speed Component Analyzer which provides
characterization of optical components and (sub-)systems regarding:

Differential Group Delay (DGD) / Polarization Mode Dispersion (PMD)

Polarization Dependent Loss (PDL)

Spectral Loss
The instrument uses the Jones Matrix Eigenanalysis (JME) measurement method
which is recognized in industry as the Gold method. Adaptifs implementation
of this method guarantees:

High speed measurement: less than 30s for full PMD/PDL analysis across C and L
band

Robustness against fiber movements and drifts sensitivity to environmental
impacts greatly reduced compared to traditional JME implementations
